Telecaller

Job Description:

We are seeking a smart and well-spoken Tele Caller to connect with potential clients and promote our architecture and interior design services. The role involves calling leads, explaining our design solutions, and scheduling meetings for the design team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential residential and commercial clients
• Explain architecture and interior design services clearly
• Generate leads and book site visits or consultation appointments
• Follow up with interested clients and maintain call records
• Understand client requirements and share basic project details with the team
• Maintain a professional and polite conversation at all times

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in local language and basic English
• Pleasant phone manner and convincing skills
• Interest in architecture/interior design preferred
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
• Freshers welcome; experience in real estate/interiors is a plus
