Role: Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)

About Us: Lumbyn is an IIT-alumni-backed startup bringing premium rooftop solar solutions to Bihar. We help homeowners drastically cut their electricity bills. We are looking for a hungry, high-energy Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to be the first voice our customers hear.

What You Will Do:

·      Outbound Calling: Call fresh leads generated by our digital marketing campaigns.

·      Educate & Filter: Explain the basic benefits of solar and government subsidies to homeowners. Qualify if they have the roof space and budget.

·      Book Appointments: Your primary goal is to schedule free "Site Surveys" for our field engineering team.

·      Follow-Up: Maintain a clean daily tracker (Excel/CRM) of who was called, who asked to be called back, and who booked an appointment.

Who We Are Looking For:

·      Communication Skills: Excellent spoken Hindi and good spoken English is required.

·      Resilience: You don't get discouraged when people say "no." You are driven by hitting your daily target of appointments.

Experience: 2+ years in telecalling, BPO, or inside sales (experience in real estate, credit cards, or ed-tech is a bonus).
