• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products or services
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Maintain call records and update customer information
• Follow up with interested leads and support the sales team
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
• Maintain a professional and polite communication tone
