Telecaller

Repairo Moto is looking for a dynamic and persuasive Female Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound customer calls. Your primary responsibility will be to promote our doorstep bike servicing and repair solutions, generate leads, and convert inquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

Call potential customers and explain Repairo Moto’s doorstep bike servicing and repair services.

Handle incoming calls, address customer queries, and assist with bookings.

Maintain a database of leads and follow up on previous inquiries.

Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth appointment scheduling.

Keep records of conversations and update CRM software.

Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements:

Female candidates preferred.

Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is a plus.

Good communication skills in Hindi, English.

Basic knowledge of two-wheeler servicing (training will be provided).

Ability to handle rejection and work towards targets.

Proficiency in using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools.
