About the Company:

Pay & Serve is a leading digital and physical lending aggregator working with banks and NBFCs across India for the last 7+ years. We enable seamless access to financial products through our B2B, B2C, D2C, and Franchise-based LDP model, especially in Tier 2, Tier 3, and rural markets.

The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding new channel partners/LDP franchisees for the B2B loan vertical. The role includes daily outbound calling, explaining business models, generating interest, scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth onboarding of partners into the Pay & Serve ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Conduct daily outbound calls to potential channel partners and franchise prospects for the B2B Loan Department.
  • Explain Pay & Serve’s partner model, commission structure, and benefits clearly and convincingly.
  • Source, qualify, and onboard new LDP partners and business associates as per monthly targets.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and email to convert leads into active partners.
  • Schedule virtual or physical meetings with interested prospects and coordinate with the business team.
  • Support documentation and KYC completion during the partner onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate call logs, lead reports, and daily activity updates in CRM or assigned trackers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners to ensure engagement and retention.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly performance KPIs related to lead generation, conversions, and onboarding.
  • Assist the department head in executing partner-development campaigns and business growth tasks.


Required Skills & Qualifications:-

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
  • Strong communication and telecalling skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
  • Confidence in outbound calling and the ability to explain business models clearly.
  • Convincing, negotiation, and lead-conversion skills.
  • Basic understanding of loans, finance, or fintech is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle targets and work in a performance-driven environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp, CRM).
  • Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.

Experience:-

  • 0–1 years of experience in telecalling, sales support, or customer handling.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Other Requirements:-

  • Be comfortable with daily calling and consistent follow-up work.
  • Must be target-oriented and able to manage lead pipelines efficiently.
  • Ability to work from the Patna Branch (Udemy Bhawan) during regular office hours.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
