Telecalling Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive / Telecaller to join our Construction and Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, explaining our property and project offerings, and generating qualified leads over the phone.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead Generation:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

1. Client Interaction:

• Explain project details including location, pricing, and specifications.
• Handle basic customer queries related to properties and site visits.

1. Sales Support:
2. 
   

• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team for site visits.
• Maintain regular communication with interested clients to ensure conversion.

1. Database Management:
2. 
   

• Update and maintain client data and call status in CRM systems.
• Track and report daily call logs and lead conversion status to the reporting manager.

1. Market Feedback:
2. 
   

• Gather feedback from customers and report market trends and customer preferences to the management.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of real estate terms and offerings.
• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
• Good command over Hindi, English, and regional languages (as required).

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 10+2 or Graduate in any stream.
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
