Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to students/parents for IIT-JEE & NEET course inquiries
- Explain course details, fee structure, batches, and admission process
- Handle inbound calls and follow up on leads generated through ads/portals
- Counsel students and parents regarding suitable courses
- Maintain daily call records and update lead status
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and admission targets
- Coordinate with the admissions team for conversions
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Basic knowledge of IIT-JEE / NEET coaching preferred.
- Freshers can apply; experience in education telecalling is an advantage.
- Ability to convince and counsel students/parents.
