Job Description
Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and customer-friendly Telecaller who will handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, support patient inquiries, and assist the sales team in increasing bookings for diagnostic services.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential patients, clinics, and leads
- Handle inbound calls and provide information about tests, packages, and pricing
- Convert inquiries into appointments / bookings
- Coordinate with logistics team for home sample collection
- Maintain proper call records and follow-ups
- Support Sales (BDE/MR) team in lead generation
- Handle basic patient queries politely and professionally
- Promote offers, discounts, and health packages
