*Job Title* : Telecaller – Admissions

*Job Summary:* 

A Telecaller for Admissions is responsible for contacting prospective students, explaining courses and admission procedures, and guiding them through the enrollment process. The role focuses on converting inquiries into confirmed admissions.

*Key Responsibilities :* 

• Call prospective students who have shown interest in courses.

• Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.

• Follow up with interested candidates regularly.

• Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and admission status.

• Respond to student queries through phone, WhatsApp, or email.

• Coordinate with the admissions team and management.

• Maintain a professional and polite communication style.

*Required Skills* 

• Good communication skills (Hindi or English; local language is a plus).

• Basic computer knowledge 

• Persuasion and convincing ability.

• Ability to handle multiple calls daily.

• Positive attitude and patience.

*Educational Qualification* 

Minimum: 12th Pass or

Graduate in any field. 

*Experience* 

Freshers or Experienced can apply.

0–2 years experience in telecalling, sales, or admissions preferred.

*Working Days* : Monday to Saturday

*Working Hours* : 8 hours. 

*Timing* : 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Break: 30–60 minutes lunch break

*Salary* 

Fixed salary + performance incentives based on admissions.
