Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Tender Executive who has hands-on experience in handling online and offline tenders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation, submission, and tracking of online as well as offline tenders
- Thorough understanding of tender documents, eligibility criteria, and compliance requirements
- Attending pre-bid meetings, site visits, and clarification meetings with clients
- Coordination with internal departments for documents, pricing, and approvals
- Timely submission of bids and proper record maintenance
- Follow-up on tender status and communication with concerned authorities
