🔍 Position Overview:

Lemon Dot Media is looking for a passionate and creative Video Content Editor to work on news videos, social media content, and YouTube projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in video editing and gain real hands-on experience.

📌 First 3 months will be a probation period; after that, the candidate will be moved to the company payroll.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• 🎞️ Edit raw news video footage into engaging, high-quality final output.
• 🎬 Deliver minimum 10+ edited news videos per day.
• ✂️ Add transitions, text overlays, subtitles, background music & sound effects.
• 📱 Create short-form content (Reels, Shorts) and long-form videos (YouTube, campaigns).
• 🤝 Collaborate with content & creative teams to understand requirements.
• 🧭 Ensure all videos follow brand guidelines, visual style, and storytelling standards.
• 🔄 Incorporate feedback to continuously improve editing quality.
• 🗂️ Maintain proper file organization and project management.
• 🧩 Skills Required:
• Adobe Premiere Pro (Basic to Intermediate)
• Adobe After Effects

• Video Editing & Film Editing

• 📝 Eligibility Criteria:
• 👥 Gender: Both genders allowed
• 🎯 Age: 18 – 40 years
• 🎓 Education: 12th Pass
• 💬 English: Basic English
• ⭐ Experience: Minimum 1 Year
• 🕙 Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Full Time)
• 💰 Salary & Benefits:
• 💼 Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000
