Waiter / Steward

We are Seeking for a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join our team. You will be the face of our restaurant and responsible for ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies).
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
• Handle complaints with professionalism and seek assistance from management when needed.
• Prepare checks and collect payments (cash, credit cards, etc.).
• Clean and reset tables for the next guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
