Key Objective of the Job:

• § Management & Supervision of Branch Operations processes & activities through a team of Branch Operations Managers & Branch Operations executives for a zone
• § Ownership of compliance to statutory, local governance, regulatory requirements for all branches in a Zone
• § Monitor activities of Branch Champion role / guidelines issued for all branches under a zone.

Key Deliverables:

• § Management & supervision of Branch Operations executives and ensure performance delivery w r t Branch Operations processes for his/her Zone
• § Management reporting 
• § Identify, select, recruit, train & retain Branch Operations executives & Managers
• § Escalation handling and Management 
• § Drive initiatives, improvement projects & change management
• § Quality assurance & exception management– Monitoring data, random visits, verifications, etc.
• § Relationship & Coordination with Dealer principal / Dealership team 
• § Execution of authorized transactions w r t approvals delegated as per policy / matrix announced by Head Office
• § Relationship & Coordination with SSTR customers for QRC management w r t their loan accounts
• § Resolution of internal and external audit queries / Open points
