The Role:
We are looking for an apex predator to lead the East Zone. As the ZBM based in Patna, you are the Director's general on the ground. You will not just manage a team; you will build a multi-crore B2B supply chain, appointing state-level Super Stockists and holding your ASMs and TSMs strictly accountable to their daily secondary and primary billing targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Domination: Identify, pitch, and lock in high-net-worth Super Stockists (₹10 Lakh+ single-shot billing targets) across Bihar and Jharkhand.
- Team Interrogation & Leadership: Lead a dedicated pod of ASMs and TSMs. Conduct daily End-of-Day (EOD) reviews to ensure they are locking in their strict exact mix of ₹60k, ₹45k, and ₹41.5k Retailer targets.
- Scheme Execution: Aggressively drive the Moxvy Elite Partner Initiative in the market, pushing volume to qualify partners for our Nepal, Thailand, and Bali travel tiers.
- Financial Enforcement: Maintain absolute discipline on cash flow. Enforce Moxvy's strict zero-credit policy—every target is only considered locked when the primary billing clears the company account via RTGS/NEFT.
