Job SummaryWe are looking for a Civil Billing Engineer with 3 years of experience in EPC / construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing running bills, client billing, subcontractor billing, quantity verification, and coordination with site & accounts teams.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Billing
2. 
   

• Preparation of RA Bills (Running Account Bills).
• Preparation of final bills as per BOQ and contract conditions.
• Submission and follow-up of client bills.

1. Subcontractor Billing
2. 
   

• Verification and certification of subcontractor bills.
• Quantity verification with site engineers.
• Ensuring bills match work executed.

1. Quantity Take-Off
2. 
   

• Measurement and calculation of quantities as per drawings.
• Preparation of BOQ comparison and reconciliation statements.

1. Documentation
2. 
   

• Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and supporting documents.
• Maintain MB (Measurement Book) and work completion records.

1. Coordination
2. 
   

• Coordinate with site engineers, planning team, and accounts department.
• Support project team in cost control and budget tracking.

1. Client Interaction
2. 
   

• Attend billing discussions with client/consultant.
• Clarify billing queries raised by clients.
• Required SkillsKnowledge of Civil BOQ and billing process
• Experience in RA Bills & Final Bills
• Quantity take-off and measurement skills
• Knowledge of Excel
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
• Understanding of contract terms and BOQ items
• Preferred Industry ExperienceCivil EPC Projects
• STP / ETP / WTP Projects
• Industrial or Infrastructure Projects
• QualificationB.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Other RequirementsAbility to visit project sites when required
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
