Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives to expand our distribution network and grow Bailley Packaged Drinking Water , Parle Agro in Ranchi and nearby areas. The role involves direct market coverage, dealer/retailer management and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

•     Beat coverage: Visit assigned routes daily to ensure availability of Bailley Water products at all retail outlets, kirana stores, hotels, dhabas and institutions.

•     New outlet development: Identify and onboard new distributors, sub-dealers and retailers in the assigned territory.

•     Order booking: Generate orders from existing and new customers and coordinate timely delivery with the warehouse/logistics team.

•     Target achievement: Meet and exceed monthly volume targets (in cases/liters) as assigned by the Area Sales Manager.

•     Market intelligence: Track competitor activities (Kinley, Aquafina, local brands), pricing, and schemes; report findings to management.

•     Merchandising: Ensure proper product placement, visibility and branding at retail points (racks, display, stickers, danglers).

•     Collection: Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection from customers as per credit policy.

•     Reporting: Submit daily call reports (DCR), weekly tour plans and monthly sales MIS to the reporting manager.

•     Seasonal push: Execute special drives during summer, weddings, Navratri, elections and other high-demand periods.

•     Scheme communication: Communicate trade schemes, offers and promotions effectively to the market.
