Hotel / General Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel ,ensure guest satisfaction ,manage staff ,and maintain the highest quality standards in service and hospitality .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

. Supervise day to day hotel operations , including front office ,housekeeping ,and food service

.Ensure excellent guest experience and handle customer complaints efficiently

.Manage and train hotel staff to maintain service standards

.Monitor budgets ,expenses, and profitability

.Oversee room occupancy ,reservations,and revenue generation .

.Coordinate with vendors and service providers.

.Ensure compliance with health,safety,and hygiene regulations

.Plan and execute promotional activities to attract more guests

REQUIREMENTS:

. Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management

.Minimum 3 years of proven experience in hotel or hospitality management

.Strong leadership ,communication , and organizational skills.

.Good knowledge of hotel management software and MS office

.Customer -oriented approach and problem -solving attitude .
