Job Description
Job Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
- Handle labour and contractor coordination
- Monitor material usage (cement, steel, aggregates)
- Ensure quality control (M20, M25 concrete, curing, etc.)
- Maintain site records and daily progress reports
- Coordinate with senior management for project updates
Billing & Documentation Responsibilities:Preparation of RA (Running Account) Bills
- Quantity measurement and BOQ verification
- Client billing and subcontractor billing
- Maintain measurement sheets and billing records
- Coordination with client/department for bill approval
Required Skills:Strong knowledge of site execution + billing
- Ability to read structural and architectural drawings
- Good knowledge of quantity estimation & BOQ
- Experience in RA billing (mandatory/preferred)
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Excel
