Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesOverall management of dairy plant operations
- Production planning and execution as per targets
- Ensure quality, hygiene, and food safety as per FSSAI norms
- Monitor production output, wastage, and efficiency
- Manage plant manpower, shifts, and discipline
- Ensure SOP implementation and compliance
- Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, HR, and Sales teams
- Maintain production, quality, and compliance reports
Key Requirements
8–12 years of experience in FMCG / Dairy manufacturing unit
- Strong knowledge of FSSAI, food safety, and plant operations
- Experience in handling production & quality teams
- Good leadership and problem-solving skills
