Vensor Electricals is a fast-growing electrical manufacturing company focused on delivering high-quality switches, wiring solutions, and electrical products. We are expanding our presence across India and are looking for driven sales professionals to grow our market in Uttarakhand.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive sales, expand distributor networks, and build strong relationships with retailers, dealers, and electricians across Uttarakhand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories
- Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers
- Regularly visit electricians, contractors, and retail outlets to promote products
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy payment cycles
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales pipeline updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in field sales (preferably electrical, FMCG, or building materials)
- Strong local market knowledge of Uttarakhand
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Basic understanding of MS Excel / CRM tools
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in electrical products (switches, wires, lighting, etc.)
- Existing network of dealers/distributors is a plus
- Comfortable working independently in field conditions
