Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive sales, expand distributor networks, and build strong relationships with retailers, dealers, and electricians across Uttarakhand.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories
  • Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers
  • Regularly visit electricians, contractors, and retail outlets to promote products
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
  • Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy payment cycles
  • Maintain daily visit reports and sales pipeline updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment


Requirements:

  • 1–4 years of experience in field sales (preferably electrical, FMCG, or building materials)
  • Strong local market knowledge of Uttarakhand
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
  • Basic understanding of MS Excel / CRM tools
  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred)


Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in electrical products (switches, wires, lighting, etc.)
  • Existing network of dealers/distributors is a plus
  • Comfortable working independently in field conditions
