Hiring: Purchase Manager

We are looking for a motivated Purchase Executive to handle procurement of raw materials, packaging, and other supplies for our beverage operations.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategy for raw materials, packaging, and machinery.

Lead negotiations with suppliers to achieve best price, quality, and delivery timelines.

Build, evaluate, and manage vendor relationships.

Ensure continuous supply of critical materials to avoid production downtime.

Analyze market trends, forecast demand, and control procurement budget.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, contracts, and food safety regulations.

Supervise and mentor purchase executives/officers.

Implement ERP/Procurement systems for efficiency.

Requirements:

Graduate/MBA in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

5–10 years of experience in procurement

Proven leadership, vendor management, and negotiation skills.

Strong knowledge of supply chain, costing, and compliance.

Excellent communication, decision-making, and analytical ability.
