Retail Outlet Coordinator

Job Summary

The role involves driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, compliance with standards, and delivering a superior customer experience at the forecourt.

• Key ResponsibilitiesImprove sales performance and market share of assigned OSTS/COCO outlets
• Engage customers at the forecourt and communicate ongoing offers, schemes, and promotions
• Ensure outlets meet PFS Platinum certification standards and comply with PFS NextGen norms
• Conduct and document Q&Q checks (Density, Measure, Water Dip)
• Arrange repairs or restamping in case of variations and escalate issues to Territory team
• Verify daily sales proceeds and ensure timely bank deposits by service providers
• Ensure automation systems are working properly and day-end activities are completed daily
• Ensure correct fuel rates are displayed on all MPDs
• Monitor illumination of signages and functionality of all equipment; escalate unresolved issues

Eligibility & Skills

• Graduate / Diploma (preferred)
• Experience in fuel retail, field sales, operations, or retail management is an advantage
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge (reports, checks, coordination)
• Willingness to travel across assigned locations
