 Job Description:

* Support the GM in executing sales strategy for the integrated township project

* Drive sales targets through direct sales, channel partners, and brokers

* Manage and motivate sales teams to improve productivity and conversions

* Oversee lead management, site visits, negotiations, and closures

* Coordinate with marketing for campaigns, site events, and promotions

* Track sales performance, MIS, and CRM reports

* Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and ethical sales practices

* Monitor market trends and competitor activity
