 Job Description:

* Lead and execute sales strategy for a large integrated township project

* Achieve sales targets through direct sales, channel partners, and brokers

* Build, train, and manage high-performing sales teams

* Oversee lead management, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures

* Coordinate with marketing on campaigns, launches, and site activities

* Monitor sales performance, MIS, and CRM reporting

* Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and ethical sales practices

* Track market trends, competitor pricing, and customer insights

 Key Skills:

* Real estate sales leadership

* Integrated township / large-scale project sales

* Team management & channel partner handling

* Negotiation & closing skills

* CRM & MIS reporting
