Job Title: F&B Captain (Food & Beverage Captain)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused F&B Captain to supervise restaurant service operations and ensure excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate will lead the service team, coordinate with the kitchen, and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of waiters and stewards

• Ensure smooth restaurant service and guest satisfaction

• Take orders and assist guests with menu recommendations

• Handle guest complaints in a professional manner

• Ensure proper table setup and cleanliness

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely service

• Train and guide service staff during shifts

• Monitor billing and POS operations when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years experience in restaurant or hotel service

• Previous experience as Senior Steward or Team Leader preferred

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Good knowledge of food & beverage service standards

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Education:

Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
