Job Description
*Qualifications
- Minimum education: 10th / 12th Standard / Diploma in IT
- Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking preferred
- Freshers/Candidates with 6+ months of Desktop/Laptop support experience will be given preference
* Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Proficient in MS Office activation, Photoshop, and Adobe Suite installation
- Ability to set up wireless printers and routers
- Strong skills in Laptop & Desktop diagnosis and troubleshooting (Basic L1 Level)
- Demonstrate laptops and confidently explain product features to customers
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and service targets
- Build trust and deal with customers confidently
- Ensure every Croma laptop buyer is informed about Zip Services and actively promote relevant service packages
🕒 Work Schedule
- Shift Timing: 12:30 PM – 8:30/9:00 PM
- Working Days: Saturdays & Sundays are mandatory
- Weekly off available between Monday – Friday
- Store remains open on festival days; compensatory leave will be provided later
