Position: English Language Lab Teacher

🎯 Role OverviewWe are looking for passionate and energetic teachers who can help students improve English speaking, reading, and communication skills through our structured English Language Lab program.

This is not a traditional teaching role — it focuses on activity-based learning, speaking practice, and student engagement.

• 👩‍🏫 Key ResponsibilitiesConduct English Language Lab sessions for students (Grade 1–8)
• Use speaking patterns, phonics, and activity-based methods
• Encourage students to speak confidently in English
• Follow the RaseUp structured curriculum and lesson plans
• Maintain classroom discipline using positive techniques
• Track student progress and support weak learners
• Participate in weekly training and review meetings
• Coordinate with school staff and management
• ✅ RequirementsGraduate (Any stream) – B.A./B.Ed. preferred
• Good command over basic English speaking and understanding
• Freshers can apply (Training will be provided)
• Passion for teaching and working with children
• Good communication and classroom handling skills

• Ability to conduct interactive and engaging sessions
