Job SummaryThe Nursing Staff will be responsible for providing quality patient care, assisting doctors and medical professionals, monitoring patient conditions, and ensuring a safe and hygienic healthcare environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care including administering medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and medical history.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and rounds.
• Maintain patient records and update nursing charts accurately.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and infection control within the ward.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions.
• Handle medical equipment and ensure proper sterilization.
• Respond to medical emergencies promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate with other healthcare staff for smooth patient care.
• Follow hospital policies, protocols, and ethical standards.
• Eligibility & QualificationsGNM / ANM / B.Sc Nursing qualification.
• Valid Nursing Council Registration.
• Freshers or experienced candidates may apply.
• Knowledge of basic medical procedures and patient care standards.
• Skills & CompetenciesStrong patient care and observation skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
• Compassionate, disciplined, and responsible attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge for record maintenance.
• Work ConditionsRotational shifts (Day/Night).
