Job Description
Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness as per FSSAI norms
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise outlet staff
Monitor staff performance and ensure discipline and grooming standards
Motivate the team to achieve service and sales targets
Achieve monthly sales targets and control food & operational costs
Monitor inventory, wastage, and daily stock reconciliation
Ensure accurate billing and cash/card/online payment handling
Prepare daily sales and expense reports
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role (QSR / Cafe experience preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of POS systems and basic reporting
