Review and plan preventive maintenance schedules.
Allocate tasks and supervise junior technicians.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and energy-saving standards.
Coordinate with vendors for major repairs or replacements.
Maintain inventory of spare parts.
Prepare performance reports and improvement plans.
