Job Description
- Financial ManagementMaintain accurate records of all financial transactions (daily bookkeeping)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and project budgets
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Billing & InvoicingGenerate client invoices based on project milestones
- Track payments and follow up on outstanding dues
- Verify subcontractor and vendor bills before processing
- Taxation & CompliancePrepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Ensure adherence to local tax laws and financial regulations
- Maintain records for audits and assist during internal/external audits
- Payroll ManagementProcess employee salaries, wages, and reimbursements
- Maintain attendance and leave records for payroll calculation
- Handle PF, ESI, and other statutory deductions
- Vendor & Client CoordinationCommunicate with suppliers, contractors, and clients
- Maintain vendor database and agreements
- Assist in procurement processes
