Job Description

  • To prepare Work order/ Invoice through customize Tally Prime.
  • Work order mail to client and follow up for approval.
  • Maintain all Ledgers update e.g. debtors/creditors,
  • Invoice submission to client and maintain courier detail.
  • Monthly Ledger Reconcile to all major clients.
  • Maintain POD report in tally and report to Head of department.
  • Scan of all acknowledgements of LRs (POD)
