Job Description:

Excel Proficiency: Mastery in Excel, particularly in handling balance sheets.

Advanced Excel Skills: Knowledge of H-lookup and V-lookup in advanced Excel.

Tally Expertise: Proficient in Tally, especially in handling special payments, sales, purchases, etc.

GST and TDS: Experience in using GST and TDS for financial transactions.

SAP FICO Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP FICO for 

comprehensive financial management

Daily stock shortage verification at the depot.

Arrange materials to fulfill stock shortages.

Coordinate with the Depot Team for smooth daily operations.

Ensure legal and statutory compliance within depot operations.

Generate ESO / PO / SO / Invoices in SAP.

Coordinate with transporters to ensure on-time material movement.

Perform daily stock audits at the depot.

Resolve SAP/stock-related issues efficiently.

Escalate issues promptly to immediate seniors when needed.

🧠 Skills Required

Good communication skills

Basic proficiency in English, Hindi, and local language

Basic knowledge of MS Office

Basic understanding of SAP / ERP systems
