Accountant

Job Title: Accountant (Candidates Preferred – PAN India)

Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records. Female candidates from PAN India are preferred. The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience and good knowledge of accounting practices and software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounts using Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• Record sales, purchases, expenses, and payments
• Handle bank reconciliation and cash management
• Prepare invoices and manage billing
• Maintain GST, TDS, and tax-related records
• Assist in GST filing and statutory compliance
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Maintain proper documentation and records
• Support audits and internal reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting
• Hands-on experience in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax
• Proficiency in MS Excel and computer operations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently

Experience & Education:

• B.Com / M.Com / Accounting-related qualification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Preference: Female candidates from PAN India
