Job Description:

• Updating the entries for day-to-day transactions like Purchase, Sales, Bank, and Cash

etc in ERP system

• Monthly Bank Reconciliation

• Preparation of Month end accruals, journals and assisting to senior accountants for

P/L and Balance sheet finalization

• Handle Debtors and Creditors Ledger analysis and reconciliation

• Worked into the areas of GST, TDS (Responsible for E-filling of all Tax Returns and

challans)

• Assist in Tax Audit to Internal Auditor

• Remittances to Vendors

• Collection from Customers

• Monthly Closing

• Monthly Management Reports like P&L, Balance sheet, Outstanding, Collection

• Record Maintenance

• Providing necessary information and details to auditors and resolve queries

• Admin related activities

• Inventory management, Dispatch process
