Job Description
- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally (ERP 9 / Prime)
- Manage purchase & sales entries, bank reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny
- Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
- Generate E-way bills and E-invoices
- Handle Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- Maintain cash book and bank book
- Assist in finalization of accounts & audit process
- TDS calculation & return filing
- Vendor payment follow-ups and customer outstanding tracking
- Prepare monthly financial reports
