Title: Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate and up-to-date accounting records. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles and taxation, along with the ability to maintain financial data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update books of accounts on a regular basis
• Record financial transactions accurately and ensure proper documentation
• Handle basic accounting tasks including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations
• Support in GST, TDS, and other tax-related filings (as applicable)
• Monitor expenses and assist in budgeting processes

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
