Job Description
- Vacancy available for Accountant cum Assistant.
- Address- Plot No.57/1/05, F-II Block ,Woman Entrepreneurs Industrial Premises Co-Op Society Ltd, MIDC, Bhosari, Pune 411 026.
- Should be able to create Invoice, E-Way Bill, E-Invoice in our Orchid Software. Tally Software is not applicable.
- Should communicate regarding transportation vehicle for dispatch with the transporter, Porter Booking etc.
- Should communicate with Wooden Packing Service provider for Packing the Material.
- Should communicate with end user regarding dispatch of material and Vehicle details & LR Copy should be sent to end user.
- Should create Quotation of repairing work in software and send to customers and communicate for the same.
- Should be Quick, Multi tasking in all work and Active in operating the computer.
- Closing Pending Delivery Challan Daily.
- Must fill up and send Vendor Related Form
- Should be able to create Proforma Invoice and mail the PI to customers and follow up regarding Payment against PI.
- Communicating with other departments and with CA for any doubts.
- Should be able to create Invoice, Delivery Challan, Repairing Quotation without any mistake.
- Hands on Experience required with Excel and other related accounting software
