We are hiring a smart, experienced, and well-presented female candidate for our Back Office Operations Executive position at 3RI Technologies, Pimple Saudagar, Pune.

This is a full-time, in-office role in the administration and internal operations department.

🎯 Eligibility Criteria – Please Read Carefully Before Applying:✅ Minimum 3+ years of proven work experience in back office/admin roles

✅ Residing nearby Pimple Saudagar or within 30–40 minutes travel radius

✅ Comfortable with early morning shifts and working on Sundays (compensatory offs may apply)

✅ Must be fluent in English, have strong communication and negotiation skills

✅ Should be well-mannered, professional, and have a polite customer communication style

✅ Highly organized, can complete tasks on time with zero follow-ups required

✅ Must be computer literate and well-versed with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

✅ Must have hands-on experience using a laptop and internet-based tools

✅ Preferred educational background: BCA, BSc (Computers), MCA, BTech, BE, ME, or any technical stream
