Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Pune. As a Business Development Executive, your responsibilities will include new business development, lead generation, business communication, and fulfilling the admissions requirement.

Roles and Responsibilities

• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills

• Experience in business communication and lead management

• Strong interpersonal and networking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with new learners

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Experience in the education industry is a plus

• Maintaining the database of the learners on a regular basis.

• Prepare the calling & lead report regularly.

• Provide technical support to learner during admission procedure

• Guide learners for their documentation process

Qualifications

Post Graduation -MS-Psychology(Mandatory)

• Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry

• Experience in full sales cycle including admission process

• Strong negotiation skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• CRM experience is preferred
