Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining store standards. This role involves team supervision, inventory management, and achieving business targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist in managing day-to-day store operations
• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer queries/issues
• Supervise, train, and motivate store staff
• Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory management
• Handle billing, cash management, and store reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new team members
• Requirements:Graduation in any discipline
• 3–6 years of experience in retail, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of sales reports, inventory, and billing systems
