We Srikrishna energy concepts are authorised dealer for BOSCH power tools, Stanley Tools and Fischer fixing systems , we are looking for back office sale officer to take care of new leads and our existing customer.
### Job Description: Back Office Sales Officer
#### Roles and Responsibilities
**1. Lead Management:**
- **Calling Received Leads:** Promptly contact potential customers who have shown interest through various channels.
- **Understanding Requirements:** Engage with leads to understand their specific needs and requirements thoroughly.
**2. Product and Service Offering:**
- **Suggesting Appropriate Tools and Products:** Recommend suitable products and solutions based on the customer's needs.
- **Submitting Quotations:** Prepare and submit detailed quotations for interested customers, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- **Handling Direct Enquiries:** Respond to direct enquiries from potential customers with appropriate quotations and information.
**3. Sales Follow-Up:**
- **Follow-Up on Quotations:** Regularly follow up with potential customers to address any queries and encourage decision-making.
- **Closing Sales:** Work towards closing sales deals by negotiating terms and conditions, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**4. Payment Collection:**
- **Payment Coordination:** Ensure timely collection of payments from customers post-sale, coordinating with the accounts team as necessary.
- **Maintaining Records:** Keep accurate records of sales, quotations, follow-ups, and payment collections.
**5. Customer Relationship Management:**
- **Building Relationships:** Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster long-term business.
- **Providing Support:** Offer post-sales support and address any customer issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
