Billing Executive

Job Summary:The Billing Executive will be responsible for preparing and managing invoices, bills, and sales orders accurately and efficiently. The role requires attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and basic accounting knowledge to support daily business and sales operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and generate sales invoices, bills, and sales orders in the billing software.
• Verify sales data, customer details, and pricing before invoice creation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all billing transactions.
• Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams to ensure proper documentation and timely billing.
• Handle customer queries related to billing and provide clarification when needed.
• Check GST, discounts, and tax details while preparing bills.
• Support in report preparation and data entry for daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Ensure all billing work complies with company policies and accounting standards.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices for audit purposes.
• Assist in reconciliation of billing data with sales and accounts records.

Key Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
• Basic understanding of accounts and taxation (GST preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
