Billing Executive

🔍 About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible individual to manage daily diesel bill verification and outstanding payment tracking for our logistics operations. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth financial flow and accurate fuel expense reconciliation across all routes.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and verify diesel bills from drivers and fuel stations on a daily basis.
• Cross-check fuel consumption with trip sheets, GPS data, and vehicle records.
• Maintain updated logs of all diesel expenses in company systems.
• Track outstanding payments and follow up with concerned teams/vendors.
• Highlight discrepancies, delays, or misuse immediately to management.
• Prepare daily/weekly diesel expense and outstanding reports.
• Coordinate with operations, accounts, and vendor teams for smooth workflow.

🎯 Requirements:

• Experience in logistics, fleet management, or accounts preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent record-keeping skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to work under time-sensitive situations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Integrity and reliability are a must.
