Job Title: Full-Time Biology Teacher (Class 11 & 12 – NEET & MHT-CET)Organization: Be Better Academy

Location: Dehuroad & Mukai Chowk Branch

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Biology Teacher to teach students of Classes 11 and 12 preparing for competitive exams like NEET and MHT-CET. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, exam-oriented teaching skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts.

• Key Responsibilities:Teach Biology to Class 11 & 12 students (CBSE/State Board level)
• Prepare students for NEET and MHT-CET examinations
• Deliver engaging lectures with conceptual clarity
• Prepare study materials, notes, assignments, and test papers
• Conduct regular tests, evaluate performance, and provide feedback
• Solve student doubts and provide individual attention when needed
• Track student progress and contribute to academic planning
• Stay updated with the latest exam patterns and syllabus changes
• Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or related field
• Prior teaching experience for NEET/MHT-CET preferred
• Strong command over Class 11 & 12 Biology syllabus
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Preferred Skills:Experience in coaching institute environment
• Ability to teach with diagrams, flowcharts, and shortcuts
