Bodyshop Advisor

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of Bodyshop, including scheduling repairs, managing staff, and ensuring that repairs are completed on time and to a high standard.
2. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the Bodyshop, including safety and quality control standards.
3. Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and restocking parts and materials as needed.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure that the service is meeting their needs.
5. Train and develop staff, including mechanics, technicians, and customer service representatives, to ensure that they are providing high-quality service to customers.
6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback and coaching as needed.
7. Maintain equipment and facilities, including overseeing maintenance and repairs as needed.
8. Strong communication and leadership skills.

Experience- 1-4 Years, (Candidate should have experience of dealership is must)

Qualification- Minimum Graduate / Diploma in automobile Engineering

Location- Pune

CTC- 2.5 L-3.5 L PA
