BOQ / BOM Executive

Position : BOQ / BOM Executive

Office Name : Gajmor Design - Interior Tunkey Work

Responsibilities:

- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantity) and BOM (Bill of Materials) for interior projects.

- Calculate material quantity and cost estimation.

- Check design drawings and prepare material lists.

- Coordinate with design team and site team for project requirements.

- Maintain accurate project cost and quantity records.

- Assist in quotation preparation and vendor comparison.

- Update BOQ/BOM as per project changes.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of interior materials and Measurements.

- Good knowledge of Excel and basic estimation work.

- Ability to read drawings and calculate quantities.

- Good attention to detail and accuracy.

- Need Own Vehicle for site visit 

Experience:

- 1–3 years experience in BOQ/BOM or estimation work (preferred).
