We are hiring for Branch Managers in Automobile Industry for Hinjewadi and Bhosari location.

Job Description: -

 Responsible for entire sales of Branch

 Ensuring all team member are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth

operations.

 Increase in business for the Region/Branch.

 Communicating effectively with clients and responding to their requirements.

 Controlling day today activities such as booking, deliverys, PDI,administration

 Responsible for daily sales of Auto Rikshas

 Preparation of short- & long-term budgets & monitoring for achievements.

 Monitor spending to ensure that expenses are consistent with approved budgets.

 Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer

base and ensure its implementation.

 Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with

them and understanding their needs.

 Present sales and expenses report and realistic forecasts to the management team.

 Build processes on which teams would be working to increase the overall efficiency

and reliability.

Job Requirements: -

Education: - Graduate, Post Graduate, MBA (Marketing )

Experience: - 02 to 8 Years in Automobile.

Age:30 to 50 Yrs

Gender: Male (Only For Male)

Communication: Hindi, English, Marathi,

Documents: Aadhar Card, Pan Card.

Key Skills:-

 Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.

 Mindset to drive business operations profitability in line with growth objective.

 Presentation & Interpersonal skills.

 Computer knowledge (Excel, Word, PPT, Browsing).
