Job Title: Sales Manager – Automation Products


Location: Bhosari, India


Employment Type: Full-Time


Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. As an authorized distributor of Hanyoung Nux Range of Products and LS Electric Switchgear, we require a leader who can strategize, build, and drive a team toward achieving individual and collective targets. The role involves field visits, digital outreach through email and WhatsApp, and converting leads from Indiamart inquiries into successful sales.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent motivator, strategist, and sales driver, capable of nurturing strong relationships while implementing a structured and goal-oriented sales process.

  • Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Development:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Define and set ambitious individual and team targets to optimize revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching for improvement.


  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Drive sales of Hanyoung Nux and LS Electric range of automation products. Also the candidate will be responsible for our other verticals, which are Pneumatics and Hydraulics.
  • Conduct field visits to industrial clients, distributors, and businesses.
  • Respond to and convert leads from email, WhatsApp, and Indiamart inquiries into sales.
  • Develop strategic relationships with key customers and partners to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Marketing & Lead Generation:

  • Oversee marketing campaigns and initiatives to maximize brand presence.
  • Identify and leverage new sales opportunities, market segments, and customer needs.
  • Analyze customer feedback and industry trends to fine-tune marketing strategies.


  • Performance Tracking & CRM Management:

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and ensure team alignment with company goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.
  • Generate periodic reports on revenue, pipeline progress, and team achievements.
  • Qualifications & Skills:Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in sales, preferably in automation, switchgear, or industrial products.
  • Sales Leadership: Proven track record in leading and developing successful sales teams.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to engage with clients, negotiate deals, and present solutions effectively.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with automation spares, switchgear, and industrial sales processes is preferred.
  • Multichannel Sales Approach: Expertise in field sales, digital inquiries, and lead conversion through various channels.
