About Us:


RSL is a fast-growing software development company specializing in AI, LLM, and custom software solutions. We are looking for a dynamic, goal-driven Business Development Executive with0- 1 year of experience to join our team and help drive growth by generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
  • Pitch software services (AI, LLM solutions, custom software, etc.) to prospects.
  • Handle client communication, proposals, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to align client needs with services offered.
  • Manage sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in business development or sales in the IT/software industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand software solutions and explain them effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
